MedTreat India provides medical travel guidance and coordination support. This website collects only the information needed for an initial enquiry and should not be used to send highly sensitive medical records through the public form.

Information You Share

When you submit a form or contact us, you may share your name, country, phone or WhatsApp contact, email address, treatment interest, and a short message about your enquiry. You may later choose to share additional medical details with a coordinator after you receive guidance on a more appropriate sharing method.

How We Use Information

We use the information to understand your request, respond to you, coordinate suitable treatment guidance, help arrange hospital communication, and provide follow-up support when requested.

Where Form Information Goes

Website enquiry forms send the information you enter to MedTreat India through a Google Apps Script and Google Sheets workflow used for lead handling. If you continue to WhatsApp or email after submitting, those services process their own copy of the communication according to their own policies.

Medical Information

Please do not include medical reports, passport details, payment information or highly sensitive medical information in the public enquiry form. Medical information should be shared only after coordinator guidance and only with the people involved in reviewing or coordinating your care.

Third-Party Services

This website may link to or embed third-party services, including WhatsApp, email providers, Google services used for enquiry handling, and YouTube. Those services have their own privacy practices and may collect data according to their policies.

Cookies And Analytics

This website does not require visitors to create an account. The current site uses local browser storage only for visitor preferences such as theme and language selection, not for storing patient enquiry details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell patient information. Information may be shared with hospitals, doctors, coordinators, or service providers only when needed to respond to your request, support treatment coordination, or comply with applicable requirements.

Retention And Deletion

Initial enquiry records may remain in the communication and coordination systems used by MedTreat India until they are manually reviewed and deleted. If you want your enquiry reviewed, corrected or removed where reasonably possible, contact support@medtreatindia.com.

Security

The website uses secure hosting controls and is intended for initial contact only. WhatsApp and ordinary email are convenient communication channels, but they are not presented as dedicated secure medical-record portals. Medical documents should be handled through a consent-based process after coordinator guidance.

International Sharing

Because MedTreat India serves international patients, information may be accessed or shared across borders when needed for treatment coordination, travel guidance or communication with hospitals and service providers involved in your request.

Your Choices

You can ask us to correct, update, or stop using information you previously shared, subject to reasonable operational, medical coordination, and legal limitations.
